SEATTLE – (August 8) No. 22 Seattle University men’s soccer opened preseason camp on Wednesday morning, as the Redhawks returned to campus in preparation for the 2018 season. The Seattle Sounders U-17s Academy squad won the Generation adidas Cup Premier Division Saturday afternoon defeating the New York Red Bulls 2-1 at Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco, Texas. After an early Red Bulls goal, Marlon Vargas responded for the Rave Green slamming home a finish from close range in the 13th minute to even the match.
