Herrera, Rubio, Sluys earn Northwest Conference XI honors for Kitsap

The Kitsap Pumas had three players named to the NPSL’s Northwest Conference Division on Friday, with striker Uriel Herrera, midfielder Alvaro Rubio and defender Jack Sluys honored by the league.
