The El Paso Locomotive hope never again to have a match like the one Saturday against Tacoma that was played in honor and remembrance of the 22 victims of the Aug. 3 Walmart shooting. Instead of a celebration of soccer at Southwest University Park, the 2-0 Locomotive victory was a celebration of the lives of those lost, and it gave the game a meaning that made it the most important game in the franchise’s brief existence.
