Sound FC Clubhouse will be official facility of Northwest Premier Futsal League

WOODINVILLE, WA— (League release)The Northwest Premier Futsal League (NPFL) is excited to announce a strategic partnership with Sound FC. Sound FC’s new state-of-the-art Clubhouse will be the official futsal facility of the NPFL, and the agreement provides opportunities for growth and exposure for the club.

The partnership will see two NPFL franchises calling Sound FC’s new futsal-specific facility home. The Clubhouse will also host “Championship Weekend” which will be the NPFL Semi-finals and Finals in early November. Additionally, the site will host the NPSL All-Star game as well as clinics for youth players, coaches and referees.

ABOUT THE NPFL:
Kicking off this fall, the Northwest Premier Futsal League is the highest level of amateur futsal in the Pacific Northwest. Officially acting as the Second Division of Major League Futsal, the league has plans to adopt a promotion-relegation model starting in 2020. The season will run from September to October and consist of 8-12 teams in its inaugural season.

ABOUT MLF:
Major League Futsal (www.mlfutsal.org) is the longest serving men’s professional futsal league in the United States. The league is sanctioned by the North American Futsal Federation (NAFF) and promotes an all-inclusive approach to building the sport regardless of governing body affiliations. The league currently features 12 franchises competing across the nation and is looking to expand in the coming years.
