Owner Robin Waite considering pulling the plug on team after nine years

Team owner Robin Waite said following Wednesday’s home loss to FCM Portland that he’s “seriously” considering cutting the cord on a franchise that began as a professional outfit in 2009.

“I’m just kind of wondering about the interest in it,” Waite said. “It just seems like it’s old hat.”
