Sounders U23 visit Chattanooga FC in preseason

soundersu23CHATTANOOGA, TN— Chattanooga FC announces their final preseason friendly of the 2018 season. On Saturday, May 12th, 7:30pm, the boys in blue will welcome the Seattle Sounders U23 team to Fort Finley stadium. It’s been an exciting start to CFC’s 10th season, and a matchup against one of the MLS’ premier franchise’s U23 team will only add to the excitement.

“The Seattle Sounders brand is one of the most recognizable in American soccer. Having the future stars of Major League Soccer in our stadium is something special for our players and our fans” said Sean McDaniel, GM, Chattanooga FC. “We look forward to the challenge ahead of us as we continue to bring great soccer to the Scenic City.”

It will be a strong test for Chattanooga FC, who will be facing some of the hottest prospects in professional soccer. For the Sounders, the match will provide some valuable opportunities in one of the country’s best soccer environments.
