TACOMA, WA— Pierce County FC appears to be a “one and done” in the NPSL after the club recently revealed on their Facebook page that they have “Suspended operations for the 2018 season.”
The club was founded last year to host Italian soccer players who currently live in the USA and play college ball in “College Life Italia.”
Pierce County FC ended up playing its final NPSL home matches last season in King County at Highline Stadium.
The club finished with a 1-6-3 record in 2017. Their only win came on Saturday June 24 when they hosted and beat PDX FC 2-0 in Burien.
