Bellingham United and the Tacoma Stars Reserves won their closing matches of the 2017-18 WISL regular season to finish 1-2 and set up hosting their semifinal playoff matches on February 10.

BREMERTON, WA—The Tacoma Stars Reserves arrived late in more ways than one on Saturday at the Olympic Sports Center. They were down 3-1 at halftime and then were 5 minutes late for the kick off of the second half. The visitors were yellow carded for their tardiness and then went on to outscore the Force 7-2 the rest of the way to take second place in the table. The two sides will meet again on February 10 at the Tacoma Soccer Center in the semifinals.

BELLINGHAM, WA— The Hammers took first place in the WISL as they topped the Artesians at the Sportsplex on Saturday night. Nick Cashmere scored 4 goals and Richard Henderson added 3 more to lead BUFC. The Artesians hung around with four first half goals but the two-time defending champions pulled away in the second half. Oly Town got braces from Matt Stalnik and regular goalkeeper JJ Olson, pushed into field duty for the shorthanded Oly Town side.
