It was a good year to be from Highline and be ranked #2 in the final poll as Tom Moore led his undefeated squad to a 18-0-2 record and Highline’s second NWAC Championship. His Thunderbirds had one of the stingiest defenses in NWAC history allowing only 5 goals while the offense was one of the most productive in history scoring 99 goals (4.95 goals per match). Seven of Moore’s players were named to the North-West All-Star team including the West Region MVP.
