OSA FC made a run in this year’s United States Open Cup that turned some heads, but in NPSL play the club’s two year streak of winning the Northwest Conference and making the playoffs is over. Trailing Pierce County FC 2-0, OSA FC made a comeback to get even at 2-2, but the single point wasn’t enough to keep their post season run alive.

Quinn Width shot the match for goalWA.net and shares a gallery of almost 50 photos here.

Kitsap, FCM Portland clinch playoff spots

The result clinched playoff spots for Kitsap SC and FCM Portland (Formerly “Portland Spartans.”) The NPSL uses a points per match average for playoff seeding. Kitsap leads in that area with two matches left to play – including a big one this Saturday night in Bremerton against FCM Portland that will help decide the NW Conference winner (and a 1st round home match.)
